Your card is saved securely by Stripe for the agreed monthly licence payments. We request collection at 08:00 UK time on each due date. Eligible failed payments are checked again at 20:00, then 08:00 and 20:00 daily for up to 14 calendar days. Actual retries are subject to issuer instructions and a maximum of 8 off-session attempts per instalment, including manual retries. Some failures require you to authenticate or replace your card. Access may be suspended after 5 days and referred for withdrawal after 14 days under the accepted agreement. The final purchase-option payment is not automatically collected.

Month 24 is the £27.08 optional purchase payment. It is not automatically collected; we will ask you to choose whether to complete ownership.
